Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all programs, webinars, and masterclasses offered by Way To Fortune (waytofortuneclub.in), operated by R.S. Venkateswaran, NISM Certified Financial Educator and AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor.

By enrolling in any Way To Fortune program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Service

A full refund request will be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

1. The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the purchase
2. You have genuinely engaged with the program, including attending sessions or accessing content as applicable
3. You provide valid proof of participation, if requested

3. Processing Fee

All approved refunds will be subject to a 5% processing fee deduction, to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of confirmation
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Requests made after 24 hours from the time of purchase
Failure to participate or engage with the program
Any misuse of program access, content, or community

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

This program is intended for financial education purposes only
It does not constitute investment advice or guarantee any financial results
Your outcomes depend entirely on your personal effort and implementation

7. Code of Conduct & Access Termination

Way To Fortune reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if any of the following occur:

Sharing or distributing program content
Unauthorized sharing of access or login details
Recording or reproducing proprietary materials
Misconduct, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour toward team or participants
Any unlawful or disruptive activity

Registered Email ID
Mobile Number
Program Name
Reason for refund request

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All refunds are subject to evaluation and approval at the sole discretion of Way To Fortune.

9. Access Delivery

Program access details (including joining links and community access) will be shared within 24–48 hours of successful registration
Further instructions will be communicated via official channels

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

If you believe that a minor has provided personal information, please contact us immediately for appropriate action.
